See that picture in the center? I'm the one on the far left. This was a very proud day for me. It was the unveiling of the 2010 Breastfeeding Photo Contest. Myself and the two other women, along with our children, were invited as special guests, having been past winners. We got to meet our MP and everything! It was quite a day.
This is the doctor who did Jacob's surgery. His eye looked better less than 24 hours after this surgery than his right eye did, a week after the last surgery. Our experience with this doctor has been night-and-day different than with the last one. Our family is very grateful for that.May 6

Having dinner on the ferry, the day before Jacob's surgery. He loves the chicken strips they serve. Here he was having a big conversation with Daddy, which at this point mostly consisted of "bah-boo, mamoo, dahdoo, ba ba ba ba ba BA BA, bayboo, mamamamamamamama!"May 3
Jacob and his cousin Amelia. She is one year and ten months older than him, and one pound lighter. It's as I said, Jacob's a tank. Milly just loves him, she has since the day he was born. She's always tried to help me with him, and treats him like he's her little brother.
